Sanhedrin 59a – No, We Don’t Murder Non-Jews.

Murder Is Forbidden. Period.

The Quote

“Murdering Goyim is like killing a wild animal”
Sanhedrin 59a

The Reality

Sanhedrin 59a says nothing of the sort.  The entire page focuses on the subject of non-Jews learning Torah and the seven Noahide commandments.  At no point on the page does it say anything like the quote above.

Murder, in Judaism, is forbidden, and it doesn’t matter whether the victim is a Jew or a non-Jew.

Summary:

The quote is a complete fabrication.
