This quote is not real.
A.  Orach Chaim is not part of the Talmud.  It’s part of a later work called the Shulchan Aruch, composed about a thousand years after the Talmud.

B. Chapter 57 deals with the laws regarding the Barchu prayer (a part of the daily prayers in the morning and evening).  There is absolutely no mention in this section of non-Jews or pigs (sick or otherwise).

C.  Orach Chaim 57 only has two subjections.  There is no “57, 6a.”
